About Kari Gutierrez

Since becoming a Realtor in 2003, Kari has sold all type of residential real estate: Single Family, Condo, Townhouse, Patio Home, Mobile Homes, Raw Land, and Homes in Age-Restricted communities. That adds up to hundreds of satisfied clients over the years, many of which have come through referrals. Listening to and understanding her client's needs is paramount in partnering with them to meet their real estate goals. Whether that means buying your very first home, or selling that one to move up, or purchasing a second (or third...fourth...fifth), Kari skillfully negotiates in your best interest. Kari’s family moved to Arizona from Nebraska in the mid-80’s. She considers herself a "Nearly Native" Arizonan and has spent over 20 years in the East Valley. After being away for about 10 years and living Coast-to-Coast, she returned to Arizona to be near her family. When she's not putting Real Estate deals together she enjoys spending time with family, road-trips with the girls (bring the Cheetos), practicing yoga, wine-tasting, and making her "world famous" Chocolate Chip Cookies (she’ll share). Prior to her venture into real estate, she worked as a church co-founder and music director, coordinator for a Mothers-of-PreSchoolers (MOPS) group in Mesa for five years, and as an administrative assistant for the school of nursing at Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma. Please call Kari anytime. She is ready to go to work for you today!
